Manager, Clinical Operations (Fort Worth, TX)

• Oversight of clinic staff schedules to maintain adequate coverage at all times to accommodate workload (includes the weekly approval of timesheets, approval, and tracking of PTO)
• Work with client and appropriate clinic staff on the scheduling of studies in the clinic
• Attend client meetings and lead/attend clinic meetings as indicated
• Assign Clinical Research Study Coordinator(s) and Clinical Research Optometrist(s) to studies
• Facilitate training in conjunction with client, and other pertinent resources and maintain training records
• Confirm all equipment is properly functioning and calibrated if applicable
• Notify client of maintenance issues and schedule vendor service call when indicated
• Develop and maintain clinical site specific processed (e.g. creation and storage of organization medical records, obtaining informed consent, payment to subjects, etc.)
• Assist Alcon in the collection/tracking of clinic metrics
• Perform other related duties as delegated by client
• Act as the lead for all Alcon, Health Authority, or other ARC clinical site audits 
• Develop procedures for ensuring confidentiality of all client information

• Bachelors Degree Required, Licensed Optometrist
