Main Responsibilities :

- Manage Projects, People and/or Audits relevant to ICON’s PV QA department - Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance

- As a  Manager, the  employee  is  expected to  recognize  the  importance  of  and create a  culture  of process  improvement  with  a  focus  on  streamlining  our  processes  adding  value  to  our  business and meeting client needs

- Plan and conduct  PV QA audits and reviews as required  in  order to assure that pharmacovigilance activities managed  by ICON  are of the highest  standard  and  in  compliance  with  the requirements  of  ICON  or Sponsor  SOPs, study protocols,  and relevant GxP requirements.

- Manage compliance projects in accordance with established timelines, budget, quality standards and/or contractual requirements

- Assist, as required, with the preparation, conduct and follow up of Sponsor and Regulatory audits and represent the Q&C department internally and towards third parties

- Responsible for delivering agreed metrics and reporting on key quality and compliance reports required by the corporate quality and compliance governance structure; communicate risk areas to operational colleagues

- Develop procedures and where necessary perform the QA Review on SOPs, when designated this responsibility.• Provide technical guidance to employees/colleagues and/or customers-
