Mission: Support the vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap for a precision measurement platform, combining HumanFirst’s Atlas platform for digital health technologies (DHT) and MAPI Research Trust databases for clinical outcome assessments (COA)
Key Responsibilities:
·Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and business requirements. Translate these insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
·Metrics and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of product initiatives. Collect and analyze data and user feedback from analytics software, surveys and live conversations to iterate on features, optimize user experience, and drive continuous improvement.
·Roadmap Planning and Backlog Management: Establish best practices for the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and resource constraints. Ensure alignment of roadmap with company priorities and milestones.
·Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Act as a champion for the customer, advocating for user-centric design and usability throughout the development process.
·Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, including to leadership, to drive progress and achieve goals.
·Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends. Continuously evaluate market opportunities and competitive landscape to inform product direction
·Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to product oriented subject matter experts who are looking to grow their product skillsets
Key Skills and Background (Please note this is a contract role)
- Strategic thinking and executive communication
- Comfortable managing relationship management with top executives in pharma
- Ability to conduct user research to understand their needs and translate those needs into product features
- Expertise in data analysis on user behavior and product analytics to iterate on user feedback and performance metrics
- An understanding of user experience (UX) principles to create a products that is intuitive and user-friendly
- Remote position. Regular collaboration with European colleagues is expected
- 5 years of experience as a product manager
- 2 years of experience within healthcare, research or clinical trials preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
