Are you a strong Project Management professional looking to lead a successful study delivery team? Bring your expertise of running full services projects and programs as you join us in a Program Manager role within our Internal Medicine team. We're searching for expert PMs in Internal Medicine. You'll be joining an established therapeutically aligned group with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Location: Any US location (Home or Office Based)

The Role:

You provide effective leadership to lead and manage activities of one or more large cross functional multinational studies or lead a program of studies across a variety of complex indications.
You drive project teams to meet timelines and keep targets within budget.
You'll maintain focus on streamlining processes, adding value to the business and exceeding client needs.
You collaborate with business development to ensure commercial aptitude
You partner with internal and external clients to identify new avenues for growth.

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, science or equivalent degree
PMI certification or equivalent desired
7 years of full service project management experience within clinical research operations
Specific therapeutic experience within Gastrointestinal indications and comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP
Strong communication, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
