We are looking for a Project Analyst (Entry Level, Patient-Centered Research/eCOA) to join our winning team rated by Forbes as America’s best mid-size employer for 2017!
The Project Analyst will support ICON’s eCOA Group on proposal development and project-related tasks. This person will assist the Account Managers and Account Executives with drafting budgets and proposal content, creating templates and developing a library of content and liaising with clients on new opportunities.
We are looking for someone with strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment consistently evolving and growing. The Project Analystpositions is entry-level position designed with the intention of providing valuable on-the-job experience and exposure leading to an opportunity to choose a career path on either our Account Management or Project Management teams based on one’s interests and skillset.
ICON’s eCOA Group sits within our Patient-Centered Research Business Unit providing services geared to meet the growing demand of global and national markets for high quality patient-centered data. Our Patient-Centered Research Business Unit brings together a large team of eCOA technology experts, Outcomes Research scientists and consultants with expertise in the selection, development, validation and analysis of Patient Reported Outcome (PRO) and other eCOA instruments. The group has a deep understanding of the marketplace and regulatory landscapes, and helps decision-makers to understand the value of patient-centered endpoints and to estimate the impact of new health technologies.
To Succeed You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in a relevant degree
- Fluency in English both orally and in writing, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly present solutions to clinical and pharmaceutical clients.
- Ability to learn new tools, technologies, methods and strategies related to the department’s service area.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Ability to take action to achieve goals and targets.
- Strong team player in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to clearly present instructions, negotiate pricing and address issues with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment of peers and leaders, and other colleagues across offices and departments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

- Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel. Therefore dependent on the employee’s location, the employee may be required to possess a valid driver’s license
