We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Analyst to join our Language Services team within the Clinical Research Industry. Do you have an interest in languages? Are you interested in coordinating clinical translation projects, putting your project management skills to use, while focusing on excellent customer service? We have both client facing roles and project management roles available, based out of our Raleigh/Durham, NC office. Successful candidates must possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate drive, passion, great attention to detail and be comfortable managing a variety of tasks at one time. A background/qualification in Languages, English, Marketing or Business is preferred but not essential.
Role Requirements:
- Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding which can be applied towards increased profitability and improved efficiency on projects.
- Develop, implement and maintain processes with Project Management and Finance to manage projects with regard to utilization, recovery, and recognized revenue
- Interact closely with finance regarding recognized revenue and forecasting revenue
- Lead the development and maintenance of a project utilization and/or recognized revenue forecasting system for projects including forecasting backlog from a project's task point-of-view, including fundamentals of activity based costing (models or effective know-how?)
- Analyze the profitability of projects/tasks and relay this information to Senior Management.
- Track utilization, recovery, recognized revenue on projects
- Validate data obtained via various techniques and expose new areas for development of a benchmarking/metrics system for costing and pricing purposes
- Work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and cope with rapidly changing information
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed you will need:
- Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills - Native level English is required for our project management roles
- Process-driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills
- Strong team player
- Exceptional customer service
- Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently
- MS Office Suite
