We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our MRT team in Lyon. In this role you will be responsible for administrative support to the project team in MRT.

Overview of role:

• Support project managers for all project coordination activities including contracts.
• Responsible for planning and coordinating assigned single-service stand alone projects to ensure integration, coordination and consistency of processes.
• Manage project budget to ensure financial targets are met through regular review of direct/indirect costs and project resources for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with Finance and Project Analysis to ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and other financial reconciliation activities for assigned projects.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project-related parties.

To be successful:

You will have prior experience in an administrative role. You will be a strong communicator who is process orientated with attention to detail and experienced with Excel.
