Project Manager - eCOA

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As the Project Manager (eCOA), you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of global cross-functional or single service projects ensuring consistency with ICON SOPs, study contracts and budgets.

The role

• Lead the planning and implementation of cross functional project(s)
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale cross functional project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Assist in development of unique eCOA deliverables
• Share expert knowledge of eCOA implementation based on study protocol
• Manage project budget
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Other duties as assigned

What you need

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent
• Prior eCOA experience
• Strong communication and remediation skills
• Solid multi-tasking skills
• User Acceptance Testing experience preferred
• Knowledge of implementing eCOA SaaS studies preferred
