As a Project Manager, you will oversee the management of studies with a focus driving forward patient recruitment strategies across our site network

You will be the point of contact in the country and globally, as the group expands. Responsible to deliver a seamless service with both our customer's internally and externally. You will be developing successful client relationships and providing an oversight of budget, planning and delivering on site processes.

The role

• Lead a number of studies, working directly with Country Manager's for clinical sites
• Manage a clear reporting process for patient recruitment deliverables
• Partner with clients internally, and manage the client relationship externally
• Manage effectively patient recruitment budgets at a country level
• Input on process improvement and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures on assigned studies

What you need

• Preferred industry experience in clinical research, ideally in a Site Management Organisation
• Awareness and understanding of Clinical Research protocols and demands, ideally understanding ICH-GCP
• Strong verbal and written skills, executive presence and good business acumen
• Bachelor's Degree in medicine, science or business/ communication, or your equivalent working experience
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
