*Accellacare is hiring a REMOTE Supervisor, Recruitment and Screening to join their team!*
Summary: The Supervisor, Recruitment & Screening is integral to support Accellacare's growth and success by providing supervision and leadership to the patient recruiter team. The role will act as the People Leader to the patient recruiter team. The role will play a key role in ensuring patient recruitment study targets are met; ensuring all key stakeholders have visibility on progress
Location: Remote, CAN & USA
Overview of the role:

- Act as People Leader to the Patient Recruiter team
- Ensure team contacts assigned patient leads and performs a telescreen according to approved telescreen questionnaire
- Ensure team accurately reviews, enters and edits patient responses and information in the Accellacare CTMS system
- Ensure team provides patient follow up where necessary
- Ensure team accutately books patient appointments into the Accellacare CTMS
- Ensure team is fully trained on all Accellacare systems and processes and has a working knowledge of all study protocols
- Ensure team Identifies appropriate study opportunities for interested volunteers based on knowledge of clinical trials and site locations with little error.
- Regularly review Patient Recruiter team's interactions with patients; providing guidance of quality improvements where necessary
Main responsibilities:
- Line manage patient caller team
- Setting and ensuring team meets targets for patient recruiter deliverables (e.g calls made, bookings made); monitoring team performance, monitoring key performance indicators
- Liase with internal stakeholders and sites to maximize recruitment potential Reporting of productivity metrics
- Responsible for team training and overall quality assurance
- Identifying barriers to recruitment success and reporting to wider team
- Site visits and attendance at community or recruitment events will be required
- Work in strict confidentiality in all forms including electronically, written form and verbal, following Accellacare SOPs, GCP, training processes, and local regulations as applicable for patient interactions
- Accountable for delivering high quality, accurate work, ensuring all administration is filed accordingly.
- Self-motivated, organize own workload to ensure effective delivery of delegated tasks and projects
- Possess a business curiosity that encompasses Accellacare's values.
- Collaboration with Site Managers and other Accellacare leads where appropriate to improve recruitment outcomes
- Proactively keep up to date with current studies, raising any training needs to People Leader.
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma
- 2+ years experience in patient recruitment
