We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As Research Analyst, you will perform insight research study activities, particularly project management, client facing and relationship development, facilitating and moderating multiple aspects of insight research programs with patients, caregivers, sites, HCPs , development of screeners and discussion guides, proposal writing, strong strategic thinking skills a must, quality assurance, along with basic data analysis and interpretation, literature review, and projects on-demand. You will also perform market, product and/or program analysis activities and their interpretation, insight data management and analysis.

The role

• Provide research support to various clients both internal and external
• Work with other research staff to develop strategic research projects for clients insights analysis and interpretation on a global level
  Convert data into proper format from/for outside sources and oversee data security and confidentiality
• Conduct literature reviews, summarize findings, and write up insights reports
• Participate in client meetings to clarify program evaluation goals, available data, and timeline for projects
• Work on other research projects as assigned
  Uses the time reporting system reporting system; signing and reporting all exception time on a weekly basis
• Responsible for project budget reporting and entering project hours for tracking across team
  Performs responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting the Company's mission and goals

What you need

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent
• Strong communication skills written and orally
• Previous Project Management and Account Management experience
• Ability to multi-task, support various projects
