Research Associate I

Firecrest Research Associate I - Limerick or Dublin 

As an organisation responsible for the development of clinical training solutions for medical staff, the Research Associate role is critical to the delivery of accurate, relevant, and engaging training solutions to our clients.

The Research Associate will research the source content (clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms and other study material) together with external sources, to prepare content that is clear, and concise, and which provides value to the end user.

The Research Associate will play a significant role in the development of medical and scientific animations which provide overviews of the disease area/condition in question and the mechanism of action of the investigational medicinal product/medical device. The Research Associate will work with the 3D Graphic Designers and Multimedia team to develop medical animations that are engaging, visually appealing and scientifically sound.

In addition, the Research Associate will provide input into other areas of FIRECREST’s product suite as necessary. Furthermore, the Research Associate will contribute to Medical Affairs improvement initiatives and other continuous improvement initiatives within FIRECREST, helping to identify potential product improvements and innovative approaches to the design and development of training solutions in FIRECREST.
