The Role:

• Support\maintain existing Salesforce Schema, with ability to design\create new secure and scalable solutions. Must have experience with Process Builder, creation of Triggers, Validation & Workflow Rules, custom Objects, page layouts, and standard Salesforce Admin functions.
• Salesforce Analytics knowledge both native Salesforce reporting and Analytics CRM for create custom report types, reporting snapshots, complex charting, custom summary formulas, bucketing, joined reports, and cross-filters etc.
• Serve as an escalation point for Sales as well as other involved departments and downstream systems\Applications
• Detail-oriented and process-minded with ability to understand rich technical solutions. Proficient at requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept demonstrations, implementation.
• Excellent communication skills needed
• Experience in training Salesforce Administrators and end users is preferred
• .​Collaborate with our counterparts in Marketing Operations, IT's Business Systems on cross functional projects & system integrations

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Certified Advanced Salesforce Administrate with 4-6 years Administration experience and 1-2 years working in Lightning
• Demonstrated success in implementing at least two full life cycle SFDC implementations (Instances\Org).
• 2-3 years Analytics experience. Added advantage if experience\skill with Einstein Analytics or Tableau.
• Marketing Cloud Administrator\Platform App Builder, nice to have but not essential.
• Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum Project Management environment.

Desirable

• Certification: Salesforce.com Platform Developer.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Understanding of key SFDC architecture concepts and how they influence design.
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
