We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, data-driven insight, and team leadership. As a Senior BA at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving execution, and mentoring a small team of junior analysts. This is a hybrid role that blends deep individual contribution with people leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate vision into scalable solutions grounded in data, process, and customer insight
• Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle—from discovery through documentation, validation, delivery, and post-launch retrospectives
• Leverage a strong foundation in SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern product development practices to drive business and product outcomes
• Mentor and manage 2–3 junior BAs, helping grow their skills and ensure quality delivery
• Build compelling narratives and influence decisions across Product, Engineering, and Business leadership
• Develop and deliver high-impact reports and presentations for senior management
• Lead cross-functional workshops and working sessions to align teams and accelerate outcomes
• Balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution—able to flex between big-picture thinking and in-the-weeds delivery

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP/CSPO/Product Management) is a plus
• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product Management
• Proven success delivering impact in cross-functional environments
• Experience managing or mentoring other analysts or team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in data tools and BI platforms
• Clear, confident communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• A mindset that blends strategic insight with tactical ownership—you think big, but get things done
