SUMMARY 

To perform clinical data entry and department related clerical activities to ensure that data collected during clinical trials are processed completely and accurately. 
Job Function / Responsibilities 
• Independently and accurately perform clinical data entry, verification and resolution of discrepancies within departmental defined metrics. 
• Accurately log and track Case Report Forms (CRFs) and Query Forms as per relevant procedures where applicable. 
• Accurately complete and submit weekly project timesheets as directed by company policy. 
• Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as directed by manager/designee. 
Experience, Skills, Knowledge 
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 

Education and /or Experience: 

Graduation is Mandatory. Life sciences  preferred.

Prior experience in Clinical Research is required.
