ICO/ ICON Commercialization and Outcome（Ph 3bから臨床研究、市販後調査、レジストリ試験、ヘルスエコノミックアウトカム研究を含めた全てのLate Phase Studyをマネージする部門）、Real World Solution部⾨の⽇本での責任者をお任せいたします。

【具体的には】

■案件獲得業務
■ チームマネジメント、ラインマネジメント業務

・日本におけるICO Real World Solutionsの組織運営に責任を有する（約15名を直接管理）※今後も組織拡大を予定・必要なリソース（Billabilityの最大化含む）を確保しつつ、スタッフのモチベーションを高め、パフォーマンスの質の維持・向上、人材育成のためチームを主導する

・日本のクライアントへのpoint of escalationとclient relationship managementを行う

・ICOグローバルで取り入れているLate Phase Studyに対するイノベイティブアプローチ（Decentral Clinical Trial導入, Real World Data, Tokenization活用等）の日本でのイニシアチブ

・クオリティに関するイニシアチブとビジネスプロセスの改善と実装、会社のミッション、ポリシー、フィロソフィーの枠組み内での目標達成に向けた実行においてリーダーシップを発揮する

・functional managersとのコミュニケーションを取りながら、最適なチーム運営およびメンバーマネジメントを行う

・point of escalationとして、問題やconflictの改善・解決に取り組む
