We are searching for a Senior Director with experience in leading a global Pharmacovigilance function. This opportunity will focus on Safety Reporting and Pharmacovigilance Regulatory Intelligence.

Reporting to the Vice President of Pharmacovigilance and Safety Reporting Services, you will own this function and define its strategy, vision and key priorities, whilst collaborating and partnering with the wider ICON team. You will demonstrate your own and your team’s expertise to drive the expansion of the business unit and at the project level.

As head of the Safety Reporting Group, you will:

• Drive the team, through the Directors and Project Managers, to deliver world-class service to our internal and external stakeholders.
• Be part of the departments growth and future by playing a key role in business development activities in partnership with senior management and with the dedicated PV sales executives.
• Enable and empower the global team to deliver at its best to ensure departmental objectives and key performance indicators are met.
• Nurture a culture of ownership and accountability and live it every day in your interactions with the team, the rest of the organization and our clients.
• Develop and grow the capabilities of the department with emphasis on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
