Are you an expert n metrics management with good eye for details? We are looking for a Sr Reporting Analyst who main focus would be metrics quality and delivery.

 

POSITION SUMMARY
 
This position would have its main focus on the quality of the metrics, the delivery of the metrics and understanding of the metrics. It will require collaboration with the relevant Operations Directors as well as stakeholders from Recruitment and Business Development. Besides metric ownership, the position requires meeting management, project management and other responsibilities.
 
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The responsibilities of the Senior Reporting Analyst include, but are not limited to:
METRICS MANAGEMENT
  • Prepare, document and analyse the operational performance metrics that are used for the Strategic Account             (SAT) Metrics, to establish one global standard across all metric reports used for SAT;
  • Prepare and analyse the SAT metrics dashboard, in collaboration with the Operations Directors and Finance GBS;
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders of the EMT Dashboard to gather the required metrics on a monthly basis and to be compliant with the required level of quality;
  • Establish the EMT Dashboard on a monthly basis in accordance with the EMT meeting schedule;
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders of the ILT Metrics to gather the required metrics on a monthly basis and to be compliant with the required level of quality;
  • Circulate the ILT Metrics on a monthly basis in accordance with the required schedule set out by the Director Metrics and Reporting in ICON;
  • Work with the Operations Directors to make metric dashboards available to them – if applicable, which will allow for a routine check on metrics and performance in a standard that suits the applicable SAT programs;
  • Drive the coordination of the Operations Metrics Dashboard. Work with the Operations Directors and other stakeholders to ensure the Operations Metrics Dashboard is updated on a monthly basis with a standard set of metrics;
  • Liaise with the Operations Directors to understand the presentation of these Operations Metrics on the Operations Metrics Dashboard;
  • Collaborate with the Directors of other DOCS divisions to manage the metrics requirements for their groups;
  • Oversee the data quality of the Key Fields in OMNI, including the parent company structure in place. Agree with Recruitment, Operations and Finance to ensure data quality;
  • Standardize the use of metric dashboard across divisions, where possible;
  • Prepare and manage oversight of other relevant (metric) trackers within DOCS, including but not limited to: the Bench tracker, Retention trackers, DOCS total and CPC Attrition trackers, etc.
 
FINANCE
  • Perform an SAT Financial trend analysis across all SAT accounts, to identify trends in margin fluctuations and root causes in order to influence division wide corrective actions where needed;
  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable interface regarding OMNI issues, e.g. ensure suitable training for Operations Managers;
  • Collaborate with Finance to eliminate the monthly outstanding Aged Freelancer accruals;
 
MEETINGS & COMMUNICATIONS HUB MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee the coordination of the monthly SAT Metric meetings and ensure the relevant stakeholders are present;
  • Oversee the coordination of the account specific (bi-)monthly Operations Metric meetings;
  • Organise the weekly CPC bench meeting and collate relevant information/input;
  • Circulate global communications from the Communications Hub when required;
  • Establish an up-to-date DOCS page on MyICON;
  • Establish an up-to-date CPC General Information page on MyICON.
 
OMNI
  • Perform an active role as the link between the OMNI Support team and DOCS Operations;
  • Oversee the parent company structure in OMNI;
  • Contribute to the alignment of data quality between OMNI and Workday, e.g. resources match, vacation days match, etc.;
  • Oversee the data quality of the set Key Fields, e.g. placement status accuracy, candidate status accuracy, program identifiers, etc.
 
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate/manage relevant cross functional projects within DOCS when required;
  • Oversee and coordinate the CPC Salary Increase Requests process;
  • Collaborate with BD to develop a standard set of metric slides used for RFP’s
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary as assigned.
