We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Trial Administration (CTA) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Supervisor, CTA at ICON, you will oversee the clinical trial administration team, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of documentation and operational support for clinical trials. Your leadership will be essential in optimizing administrative processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage and mentor staff, set clear goals, provide feedback, and ensure performance expectations are met.
• Support local and remote teams, promoting growth, engagement, and adherence to ICON procedures, ICH-GCP, and other regulations.
• Drive a culture of excellence, process improvement, and client-focused delivery.
• Conduct performance reviews, handle escalations, and recommend promotions as appropriate.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development initiatives for new and existing staff.
• Monitor workload, resource allocation, and productivity to optimize team performance.
• Develop and implement tools, templates, and quality control activities for regional or global use.
• Participate in global team initiatives, recruitment, and other leadership responsibilities as required.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Significant experience in clinical trial administration or project coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and compliance.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
