Are you a seasoned leader in Late Phase Regulatory Consulting & Strategy? ICON is seeking a Vice President, Regulatory Strategy who will set the vision of the department and lead our growing regulatory team.

About the Vice President, Regulatory Strategy at ICON:
The Vice President Regulatory is responsible for leading all aspects of growth for new regulatory business from biotech startups to big pharma around the globe. Reporting directly into ICON’s President, Commercialization & Outcome Services, you will be responsible for oversight to the departmental P&L while leading a large team of 100+ global regulatory professionals.
 
In this leadership position you will have oversight to the delivery of regulatory services, project timelines, quality, and innovative strategies and technology for the department.  You will lead and navigate our customer’s global requirements, trends, and emerging issues. You will work with clients to take an integrated and strategic approach to global regulatory affairs.

To succeed you will need:
At least 15 years’ experience of clinical drug development and a minimum of 10 years of experience in late-phase global regulatory affairs. You should have knowledge of the market from both a strategy and submissions perspective. Strong experience leading large global teams and a track record of developing successful regulatory teams.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in medical, pharmaceutical, biological, Management, Public Health or other appropriate discipline. Certification in regulatory affairs strongly preferred.
