Manager, Strategic Writer – Marlow (UK), Dublin or Homebased

The Proposals department is a highly valued function within ICON Commercial Solutions (also including Business Development; Business Information; Strategic Alliance; and Marketing).

We are currently looking to recruit a Strategic Writing Manager (based in either UK or Ireland) to lead proposals activity into our strategic partnerships business.

As a Strategic Writing Manager you will be responsible for contribution and oversight of global proposal activity, supporting Business Development colleagues.  You will collaborate with Business Development and Operations in the creation of high quality, customer focused and commercially astute proposal documents, as part of the sales process.

Additionally, as a senior member of the Proposals team, we would look for you to assist in the development of the team through mentoring and coaching your colleagues.  You will directly contribute in ensuring ICON Proposals provide an accurate, valued and responsive service to our internal customers.

To be considered for this position you should have prior proposal writing experience from within a CRO environment.
