We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Associate Project Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the coordination and management of projects for Language Services team , contributing to the design, analysis, and advancement of projects.  

- Available to start working at 7:00 AM.

What you will be doing

• Supports or leads project meetings and the resolution of issues, project recaps and corrective/preventative action plans.
• Responsible for accurate tracking and regular upkeep of financial data on assigned tasks and projects. Understands and owns portions of the project scope. 
• Identifies scope creep on assigned tasks.  Implements resolution plan.
• Communicates efficiently and effectively within/outside of project team and communicates regularly with senior project team members about project tasks.
• Controls assigned project budgets, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders
• Coordinating study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proficient in CAD tools
• Skilled in translation tools such as memoQ, Trados, and TransPerfect
• Experienced with DTP tools, including InDesign and Photoshop
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills
• Creative and client-oriented
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
