We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Trial Assistant at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the design and analysis of clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

• TMF filing, quality, maintenance, compliance, and oversight

• Development and delivery of sites’ ISF, and eISF when utilized and act as primary point of contact for the sites and manage the Site Operations/monitor access to eISF prior to SIV

• Maintain sponsor's registries and systems as required

• Provide reporting to support management of clinical trials 

• Provide support with audit and inspection readiness activities

• Perform customization and translation of documents as required

• Manage Physical Archiving needs as required

• Preparation of documents and communications for distribution to and collection from sites, as required 

• Contribute to team projects and initiatives at the country or regional level. 

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Prior Clinical Trial Assistant's/ Administrator's experience or strong interest in clinical research.

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
