This is an excellent opportunity for a Feasibility Lead with exposure to CROs, Research Sites and Networks to play an instrumental role in driving our organisation towards success.
You will be an important interface between CEO, CMO, Contracts, Business Development and Global and Local Country Operations, this role follows through from all our sources of oncology work to engaging with research sites on their capabilities with a view to trial work placement. The output of the role leads to the point of effective handover to Operations and Program Management, helping support world class delivery and growth of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will undertake review of all RFPs and Protocol documents to ensure a full understanding of client requirements for the proposal and ascertain key drivers for the client's selection decision.
- Manage the overall process of developing the central strategic plans and budgets for the proposal.
- Communicate with appropriate stakeholders to develop a strategy for the proposal.
- Understand the financial risk associated with any costs, including the potential for under-delivery, and develop appropriate strategies and payment schedules to minimize risk and project profit margin.
- Conduct high level recruitment benchmark data analysis to estimate the basic foundations for the enrolment scenario building, namely range of countries and sites as well as months of recruitment required to enroll the target patients including efficiencies across the study and client program.
- Transition the feasibility to the contracts and program management teams upon acceptance of budget (or study award) and ensure timely, concise and accurate hand over of studies to the project manager and operational teams, ensuring they are aware of any areas of risk that may impact delivery.
To be successful you will need:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally science degree) or proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong background in feasibility and start up activities with a strong commercial acumen.
- Experience in patient engagement strategies.
- Willingness to work in a matrix and virtual team environment.
- Oncology site network experience would be helpful.
