Our Investigator Payments Group (IPG) Coordinator role offers autonomy, variety and career progression. IPG supports ICON’s Clinical departments globally in the set up and maintenance of our proprietary tracking system. Our coordinators set up payments to investigators at clinical trial sites, reviewing them in line with site contracts and visit data to ensure they are made accurately and efficiently, escalating any issues/delays appropriately. This involves working closely with other ICON departments such as IT, Finance, Legal and Contracts.

You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, to strict deadlines and targets, whilst producing high quality work. Any previous accounts payable/payments experience would definitely be an advantage.
