As a IRT Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
6 Month FTC
Role description:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of clinical trial supplies and the IRT system, including setup and user access.
- Manages the entire lifecycle of the IRT system within the Clinical Trial Team and collaborates with relevant teams and vendors.
- Acts as an expert in the IRT system and oversees the creation and maintenance of related documents and processes.
- Responsible for overseeing IRT vendors, analyzing performance metrics, and addressing any related issues.
- Serves as the main contact for any issues related to investigational medicinal products (IMP) or the IRT system and helps resolve these issues.
- Involved in integrating the IRT system with other systems and supports the development of necessary documents and training.
- Oversees non-IMP trial supplies and ancillaries from vendors or suppliers.
- Leads the global post-trial access to investigational medicinal products, working with cross-functional and regional representatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end IRT and clinical trial supplies.
- Profound knowledge in setting up and managing IRT systems, clinical trial supply chain, and drug development processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement.
- Leadership experience in a supply chain or clinical operations environment.
- Strong skills in influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving across functions, geographies, and cultures.
- Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and business partnering skills
