Medical Admin Supervisor

Join a growing and dynamic team at ICON.  We are seeking a Medical Affairs Admin Supervisor who can provide overall leadership to a team of associates.  You will provide oversight of daily activities, ensure that procedures are being followed, ensure that staff is fully utilized for billable roles, and provide full line management to staff.  You will actively participate in the project support needs of the department such as filing, meeting attendance and minutes, and tracking.

We are looking for a seasoned people manager with a minimum of two years of previous experience line managing a team of associates who can provide oversight and conflict resolution when necessary.  Experience inn large and dynamic organization and in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry is preferred.  Advanced computer skills and the ability to speak and write fluent English are required. This is an office based position.
