Medical Supply Kit Production Associate - Blue Bell, PA (Onsite)

We have an incredible opportunity for a Medical Supply Kit Production Associate to join ICON’s Accellacare In-Home Care team, on a contract through the end of 2025. The Production Associate is responsible for fulfilling work orders to include kits and bulk supplies for investigator sites.

Details:

  • Location: 731 Arbor Way, Blue Bell, PA, United States
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (arrival time between 6:00-8:00am ET)
  • Contract Duration: Immediate start date until December 31, 2025

What you will be doing:

  • Process work orders by printing necessary documents (barcodes, requisition forms, and kit production forms) and assemble kits with medical supplies for shipment to investigator sites
  • Refurbish specimen shipping boxes and disassemble supplies returned from investigator sites
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
  • Assist with inventory and stocking of equipment

Your profile:

  • 6 months of clinical research or medical experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable performing tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and light lifting 60% of the time
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate systems, enter data accurately, and use standard Microsoft Office software
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
