Project Assistant - Documentation Management

Are you an experienced Project Assistant - Documentation Management with experience in home health? Are you passionate about playing a key role in driving innovative solutions within home health for clinical research studies?

Project Assistant - Documentation Management role within Symphony at ICON plc

• Periodic reviews of central study files, documentation of reviews

• Proactive communication with internal and external teams to close any gaps

• Coordination of, and completing study close out reconciliation activities

• Assist study managers with queries from monitors, sites and Sponsors

• Maintain long term archival records, in accordance with GCP and study specific requirements on the Iron Mountain log

• Assists with internal audits and customer audits, as needed

• Prepare final study metrics and reports

• Provides support to the Marketing team

Role Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Well organized

• Able to multi-task

• Deploys problem solving skills

• Attention to detail

• Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Adheres to timelines and due dates

• Takes initiative while following directives

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree, preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business setting
