We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Clinical Research Systems & Reporting to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst, Clinical Research Systems & Reporting at ICON, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our clinical research systems and reporting processes. You will play a key role in enhancing data management and reporting capabilities, ensuring efficient and accurate support for clinical trials and research activities.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing and optimizing clinical research systems to ensure they meet the needs of data collection, management, and reporting.

• Collaborating with clinical research teams to identify and implement system improvements and reporting enhancements.

• Overseeing the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all reporting and system management activities.

• Providing training and support to users of clinical research systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Your Profile:

• Degree in a relevant field such as information systems, clinical research, or a related discipline.

• Must have experience in clinical trials and protocol writing/source writing

• Experience in managing clinical research systems and generating reports within a clinical research setting.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

• Proficiency in data management tools and reporting software, with experience in ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide effective training and support.

• Experience with CRIO is an advantage

• Ability to multi-task and a can-do attitude

• Willingness to work flexible hours
