Senior CTA (partial CRA)

As a Senior CTA you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Working location: Taipei, sponsor office

This position will particially involve CRA tasks. 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Assistant to join our clinical research team. This permanent position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of clinical trial documentation, logistics, and administrative tasks. What you will be doing:

• Site Management: Close-out sites and monitor studies for protocol adherence and regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP).
• Project Support: Assist Project Managers with project tasks.
• Ethics & Data: Support EC submissions and ensure accurate data entry.
• Safety Reporting: Prepare and submit interim and SUSAR reports.
• Veeva & Document Management: Manage data in Veeva and maintain document archives.
• IP & Lab Kits: Oversee IP logistics and track lab kit imports.
• Meetings & Admin: Arrange meetings and handle administrative tasks (contracts, payments, vendors).
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to system and procedure reviews.

You are:

• Bachelor's degree, Science related
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Veeva experience and GCP knowledge desirable.
