Senior Director, Project Operations ( MDDR )

The Role:

*Advanced expertise in project management, including proposal development, project execution, and associated tools.

*Experience in his/her area of expertise, including client needs and expectations relating to the consulting industry and its applicable client industries.

*Experience working with Health Authorities/Agencies and other applicable governing bodies.

*Collaborative team player with the ability to evaluate challenging organizational issues and identify creative solutions.

*Detail-oriented; excellent organizational, communication (both written and verbal), teaching, and interpersonal skills.

*Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive alliances and partnerships with internal and external customers.

*Ability to apply problem-solving skills in situations of conflict or resource constraints.

*Open-minded; demonstrated self-initiative; proactive; strong negotiation and diplomatic skills.

*Required to mentor or manage less experienced staff.

*Required to develop new departmental procedures or systems, and/or monitor the progress of ongoing departmental procedures.

*Required to participate in global operational activities across multiple business units.

You will need:

• Extensive experience within MDDR field

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum of 12 years experience in a related field
