Senior Manager Statistical Programming (Home Based)

Senior Manager, Statistical Programming role at ICON: 

ICON is a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. We specialize in the strategic development, management and analysis of programs that support Clinical Development - from compound selection to Phase I-IV clinical studies.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to up to 10 direct reports by coordinating work activities, providing programming oversight and direction and managing timelines. Ensure team deliverables are consistently meeting timelines and quality standards.  Build long-term relationships with clients through effective communication, project management and risk management strategies. 

To Succeed You Will Need:

-       A Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or scientific discipline; Advanced degree a plus

-       A minimum of 3 years of people management experience

-       At least 7 years of SAS Programming experience for a CRO or Pharmaceutical company

-       Strong written and verbal communication skills

-       Fluency in English
