Senior Recruitment Consultant

Docs are a consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industry. We are part of one of the world's most successful clinical research organizations ICON PLC. We support our customers (SMEs and "global player") in the search for specialist permanent and project-based employees, to a large extent within the framework of functional Service provider (FSP).

We are looking to strengthen our German team and are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant

 Responsibilities

·                     You will focus on Recruiting candidates within the framework of the FSP agreement

·                     Independently coordinating and managing your own recruitment projects

·                     Recruiting across a variety of different departments in the clinical, non-clinical and medical devices

·                     Managing the entire recruitment process from search, identification and offer

·                     Condition and contract negotiations with candidates

·                     Accompaniment and support of candidates and clients throughout the entire Recruitment process

Requirements

·                     Degree or comparable education

·                     Experience in the personnel services, ideally in the pharmaceuticals (nice to have)

·                     Interest in pharmaceutical issues

·                     Entrepreneurial thinking

·                     Unconditional will to succeed

·                     Strong communication skills with "sales" mentality and at the same time accuracy

·                     Drive, tenacity and initiative

·                     Very good knowledge of German and English
