We are currently seeking a Senior Reporting and Analytics Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Reporting & Analytics Analyst at ICON, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and supporting decision-making processes through comprehensive reporting and analysis.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining reporting systems to track key performance indicators and project metrics.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Creating and presenting reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Contributing to organizational growth through effective data analysis and strategic planning.

Your Profile:

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience of 4-6 years in reporting and analytics, among which 2 years of Workday reporting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective reporting strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Interest to mentor other team peers and team stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of English – both verbal and written.
