Site Payment Analyst

As a Site Payment Analystyou will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

The Site Payment Analyst is a detail oriented individual who ensure that investigational site payments and subject reimbursements are made in accordance with Clinical Trial Agreements, reimbursement plans and regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS;

• General understanding of clinical trial budgets
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with working with large volumes of data
• Detail oriented and proactively able to identify discrepancies in data

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all Investigational Site Budgets are entered into the site payment system accurately
• Perform periodic QCs and reconciliation reviews of data
• Release payments as outlined in Investigational Site Clinical Trial Agreements
• Act as a point of contact for investigational sites for questions related to payments

• Minimum of 2 plus years of related experience
• Experience with PC-Windows, word processing, and electronic spreadsheets required.
• Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority drug research and development regulations required.
• Clinical trials support or pharmaceutical industry experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 4 year degree required
