We are currently seeking a Site Selection Lead to join our dynamic and collaborative Feasibility Site Activation team at ICON. In this role, you will take functional leadership of the site selection process for global clinical trials, working closely with cross-functional teams and sponsors to ensure timely and strategic delivery of the Last Site Selected milestone.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of site selection by identifying high-performing sites, supporting recruitment goals, and driving process improvements.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for all site selection activities on awarded studies.

• Leading the design and execution of site selection strategies tailored to each protocol.

• Collaborating closely with Feasibility Managers, Project Managers (PMs), Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), and Study Start-Up Leads to align on project goals and timelines.

• Developing protocol-specific site selection tools, including site profiles, questionnaires, and site ranking plans.

• Overseeing a team responsible for site outreach, data collection, and due diligence, ensuring investigator suitability and compliance.

• Attending study Kick-Off Meetings and client discussions to provide strategic insight and feasibility expertise.

• Monitoring site responses, addressing inconsistencies, and ensuring complete, high-quality data is collected and documented.

• Supporting site startup integration by ensuring a smooth transition from feasibility to initiation.

• Ensuring tracking, reporting, and timely escalation of risks or delays in the site selection process.

• Contributing to process improvements and lessons learned to continuously enhance performance.

• Supporting Business Development and internal stakeholders with

• insights into feasibility and site strategy planning.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field.

• +5 years of experience in Clinical Research, with a focus on Start-Up and/or Site Selection.

• Client-facing experience is a MUST.

• Strong understanding of global site selection strategies and feasibility processes.

• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across global teams.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently, lead others, and manage competing priorities effectively.
