As a Data Management Associate you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

- Complete oversight of the eTMF (Vault Clinical) for each specific region for the duration of the trial.
- Responsible for receiving documentation from site, sponsor, and CRA
- Responsible for reviewing, tracking, and uploading documentation to eTMF
- Responsible for shipment of paper native documents to Sponsor
- Responsible for completion of site expected document list (EDL) and the contributor quality review (CQR)
- Responsible for the review and preparation of eTMF for audits and milestone TMF reviews

You are:

- Responsible for the resolution of any internal quality issues relating to the eTMF
- Attendance to trial specific team meetings both Core and CRA meetings
- Attendance to relevant trainings regarding this position or updates to the TMF
- Training and mentoring any new team members that join this role
- Escalating any issues regarding documentation or quality or the eTMF
- Ability to maintain the eTMF for multiple trials
