Senior Analyst, Pricing and Market Access- London, UK

ICON’s Pricing and Market Access (PMA) Group is our consulting division specializing in innovative strategies to identify, capture and communicate value for companies in the biopharmaceutical arena. We are uniquely positioned to deliver expert guidance in integrated global pricing, reimbursement and market access strategy due to our depth of experience and the active engagement of our senior leadership. 

The Sr Analyst is responsible for assisting the daily completion of project work at ICON.  Participate in the development and implementation of primary and secondary research tools including but not limited to the creation of qualitative research discussion guides, quantitative research survey guides, and the collection and distillation of data from these tools.  Have high visibility to a number of internal customers, and will actively participate in team oriented discussions and decisions.

Key Deliverables:

Project Delivery

•       Management responsibility for small-sized (<$100K) projects or project segments

•       Primary responsibility for secondary analysis and reporting

•       Responsible for support of primary data collection, analysis, and reporting

•       Effective verbal and written communications with project team to support quality and timing of project delivery

•       Provide input into client recommendations and participate in the synthesis of final deliverables

•       Expected to meet quality and timing of project deliverables

•       Obtains senior input and guidance proactively and efficiently, maintains consistent and effective team communication

•       Understanding and effective application of ICON analytical framework

Business Development

•       Support development of proposals, particularly situation assessment

Staff Development

•       Help train other analysts

•       Share knowledge and develop presentation own and others' skills through participation in internal, informal training sessions and presentations

•       Effective time management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, business or related discipline.
