Job Title                                : Sr. Manager – Recruitment

Type of Employment           : Full Time

Location                               : ICON PLC - Chennai INDIA

 

Position Summary

·         7-10 years of experience in TA/Recruitment

Senior, experienced consultant and business partner for clients and candidates.

Acts as a coach for a small/medium team with consultants and/or researchers.

Consults with clients about operational and specialist, managerial, tactical and strategic positions and assigns positions/assignments to the team.

Closely monitors team activities and ensures that the designated team is obtaining the needed placements.

Contribute to the team results by making own placements.

Focus on continuance and acquisition of repeated and new business.

Ensure team is proactively developing and sustaining

A network of candidates and good working relationships with clients.

Able to develop and implement a recruitment and resourcing plan for team.

 

Skills and Experience

Broad experience and in-depth knowledge of consultancy role within the industry/discipline specialization.

Understands the business.

     Interaction with other people is aimed at persuading, inspiring, developing and motivating them

     Academic working and thinking level

     Is able to convince client organization to see job order in a broader context than meets the eye.

Strong commercial focus and able to steer key processes.

Leadership skills to encourage the team abilities.
