Sr Proj Support Analyst, ITG

• Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to inquiries, suggestions and requests
• Resolves customer inquiries and requests appropriately and efficiently maintaining strong client relationships.
• Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
• Travel (approximately 0%) domestic and/or international.
• Perform project support activities in a manner that is in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate regulations*
• Make independent judgements to complete tasks/requests as appropriate for studies
• Resolve critical/complex requests made by ICON HelpDesk*
• Provide critical input to Project Management for proactive resolutions and improvements*
• Liaise with internal and external clients on project support related matters*
• Maintain confidentiality of project information as appropriate*
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as required

Role Requirements

• You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• You must proven work experience in this field.  
• You must have the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, meet timelines and liaise successfully with both internal and external clients.  
• EU/APAC- prior relevant experience working in a customer service position
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to liaise professionally with clients and system users.
• Foreign language skills desirable
• Willing to work a variety of hours/days, holidays and weekends, as needed.
