Position overview:
Working within our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be based in our Reading or Dublin office where you will provide first-class administrative support to our team of recruiters located across Europe.
As a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator, you will be an instrumental part of our 50+ EMEA based Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with colleagues and internal stakeholders across the region, up to VP level.
Key responsibilities will include:
Organising interviews (both remote and in-person), to include calendar arrangements, sending out candidate assessments and arranging travel when necessary
Meeting and greeting candidates for interviews
Escalating issues with interview scheduling to the relevant Talent Acquisition colleague, to ensure a smooth recruitment process in order that we can achieve our overall global hiring goals
Liaising with HR colleagues for various recruitment and onboarding queries to ensure a positive candidate experience
Compiling reports and distributing as appropriate
Management of our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to ensure a high level of compliance
Providing additional support as and when needed for ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements:
We are seeking an organised and delivery-focused individual, with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask and prioritise.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Administration experience (recruitment experience is desired although not an absolute requirement)
Previous experience supporting a remote-based team and working across multiple countries and timezones would be beneficial
A keen eye for detail and a real 'can-do' attitude
Fluency in English
