VP, Site Networks

About the VP, Global Site Networks at ICON:

This is a strategic role that will facilitate and enable the use of clinical sites in ICON full service opportunities to differentiate, support and contribute to improved overall win rates for ICON. The Site Network Head will have full operational oversight and strategic delivery for the regions sites/site network and Deliver operational oversight for all US sites and employees including dedicated clinical research centers, embedded sites and affiliate sites

As the Site Network Head you will have the opportunity to drive identification and adoption of US sites into ICON's Global Site Network, build deep relationships with key stakeholders across sites, hospitals, and healthcare institutes and manage the P&L (Sales, revenue and margin) of the Site Networks for 150+ resources across the US.

This role requires strong leadership qualities and a demonstrated ability in solving problems and providing clear communications regarding business expectations. Change management and strong collaboration will be required to enable adoption of site operations into the broader ICON Global Site Network.

To succeed you will need:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in Clinical Drug Development

Minimum Master of Science degree or equivalent in a life science discipline (or a related field of study).
