Bio
I enjoy working with my colleagues at ICON, there’s always a friendly atmosphere and, amazingly, even though some of the people that I work with are based in different locations it stills feels like a very interactive place to work. Everyone treats each other with respect and there’s very much a close team feeling – I think the culture is really very good.
I’ve been with ICON for 8 years now and in that time I’ve had some amazing opportunities come my way. My current role is a Medical Writing Manager and I’m proud to have been promoted three times during this period and also to have been given the chance to relocate to the USA from the UK. Previously to my ICON role I worked for a Patient Reported Outcomes company in France.
ICON have also been great for training, I have attended various training courses, such as interview techniques, but have also attended Medical Writing training at conferences across Europe which have given me recognised accreditations. I was initially attracted to ICON as it looked like a well-established international company with offices worldwide and good scope for progression and this has proved to be true.
