We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst at ICON, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving business processes, systems, and strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will contribute to the achievement of our organizational goals through in-depth analysis, strategic recommendations, and effective collaboration with various departments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conducting detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into actionable plans and solutions.
• Developing and presenting reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategies to senior management.
• Implementing and monitoring business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Facilitating cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive project outcomes and foster collaboration between teams.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development.
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
