We are currently seeking a Manager, Production Operations to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Production Operations at ICON, you will oversee the day-to-day production activities, ensuring that operations run efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with the organization’s strategic goals. You will lead a team and collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing:
Managing all aspects of system requirements, system development, validation activities, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time delivery of data to customers
Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of system application release schedules to meet organizational targets.
Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards. Staff may include Technical Project Managers, Developers and Validation specialists.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Image Operations, Data Management, Quality and Clinical Database programming
Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and application regulatory guidelines such as ICH and 21 CFR Part 11
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce rework, and maintain system application quality.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, operations management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, with significant experience in software development lifecycle
Proven experience in managing technical operations and technical teams, with a strong understanding of scheduling, planning and maintaining first time quality
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with experience in implementing process improvements and managing operational challenges.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving operational excellence and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
