We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Services Associate II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful execution of clinical trials, interpreting intricate medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement comprehensive strategies for clinical trial management.

• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and proactively implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Analyzing and interpreting complex medical data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Participating in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or clinical research industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems is advantageous.
