The role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering People and Leadership development programs for our LATAM region while supporting the wider team with project management of core learning solution initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner within the team and across ICON to design, develop, and deliver learning assets for ICON’s People Leader population.
• Develop, revise, deliver, and coordinate a variety of online-learning (OLL) and Instructor Led Learning.
• Assist with the development of learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
• Support the team in the curation and creation of content to be input into
cornerstones digital learning playlists for People Leaders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make
recommendations for improvements

You will need:

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English (written and oral)

• Minimum of 3 years of operational and/or learning and development experience
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of the LATAM region's culture, business practices,
and leadership styles
