We are currently seeking a Manager, Data Science, who, through effective leadership, will be responsible for the development, implementation, quality, and effectiveness of Symphony’s Advanced Analytics projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to extract insights that inform decision-making for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
Leading the development and implementation of data science projects to support clinical trial design, execution, and analysis.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and translate them into data science solutions.
Overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
Managing a team of data scientists and analysts, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment.
Staying current with industry trends and advancements in data science to ensure the use of best practices and innovative techniques.
Your Profile:
Degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
Significant experience in data science, analytics, or a related role within a clinical research or healthcare setting, including at least 2 years managing a team of data scientists
Significant experience using AI and Machine Learning
Strong proficiency in Python and data visualization tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work at least 3 days a week from the Raleigh, NC, Blue Bell, PA, Mexico City, Mexico, or Dublin, Ireland office
