Job Description

* As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
* Liaise with Clients and ICON Staff Members on issues involving kit assembly.
* Regularly review departmental operating issues with all department leaders.
* Improving the department's operational performance by introducing new ideas and concepts.
* Maintaining performance metrics and making timely recommendations to Senior Management.
* Maintain accurate data files.
* Establishing and Maintaining Department SOP's.
* Oversee all Quality Checking procedures in strict adherence to SOP's.
* Ensuring the timely completion of all administrative requirements.
* Improving the department's financial performance by reducing overhead and cost were applicable.
* Establishing and maintaining the best available pricing support with all materials vendors.
* Review and enforce all IATA requirements for infectious protocols.
* Performs additional responsibilities as requested by Senior Management.
